This course provides the participants with a sound basic knowledge of the Scrum framework and allows them to be part of cross-functional and self-manageable teams to produce efficient deliverables.

Agile Scrum Foundation is designed to test a professional’s fundamental understanding of agile principles and scrum methodology. It is especially useful for those leading or participating in projects. This certification is especially interesting for professionals who work in areas including project management, software development, IT service management and business management.

No special requirements. Recommended: Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland „The Scrum Guide“ (most recent version).

The certification exam is a multiple-choice test consisting of 40 questions that must be answered within 60 minutes. No materials are allowed (closed books), 26 out of 40 points (65%) must be achieved.
The exam can be done either online using the EXIN remote proctoring system (candidates will be provided a voucher code and a short how-to-use-manual) or paper-based directly onsite following the training. The trainer will then invigilate the exam directly after the training has finished (at the end of the 2nd training day).
