The ITIL® 4 Foundation course is a basic training that provides a solid and complete overview of ITIL® 4 and optimally prepares you for the internationally recognized personal certification ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate.

The exam is done online using the PeopleCert remote proctoring system ExamShield. Candidates will be provided a voucher code and a short how-to-use-manual. They register themselves for an individually date and time, choosen from an online calendar. Costs of certification „ITIL® 4 Foundation“ included in the course fee (one attempt). Costs of certification 440,- Euro excluding VAT. Exam fee includes the corresponding Axelos eBook!
